16th Commemoration, April 7, 2010

A moment of silence for Rwanda

Please take one minute out of your day today to contemplate in silence the tragedy of the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994.

Today on this 16th commemoration we honor the memory of those killed in the genocide and are reminded of our own failures as global citizens to stop this human disaster.

Here Antoinette, a survivor, shares why she speaks.

Together,

Taylor Krauss
Director of Voices of Rwanda
