Voices of Rwanda is dedicated to recording and preserving testimonies of Rwandans, and to ensuring that their stories inform the world about genocide and inspire a global sense of responsibility to prevent human rights atrocities.

S. African Museum features VOR

VOR is proud to announce our collaboration with a new Holocaust Museum in Johannesburg. For the last few years VOR has been working with founder Tali Nates to help design part of the permanent exhibition which will feature survivor testimonies from the VOR archive.

Mamaroneck High School‘s summer theme read “Discovery Through Dissent” culminates with a screening of survivor testimonies from VOR’s archive for 1,400 students.

Westport Country Playhouse (CT), Oct. 28

The Westport Country Playhouse’s panel “So the World Will Know: Attempts to Document Genocide” on October 28, after the 8 p.m. performance of The Diary of Anne Frank will feature Joanne Rudof from The Fortunoff Video Archive for Holocaust Testimonies at Yale University, and Taylor Krauss from VOR.
