NYU Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis, March 1-3 (NY)
Friday, March 1st, 2013
Many thanks to Sue Grand, Deborah Liner, and Jill Salberg for planning such a thoughtful, personal, and moving conference. “The Wounds of History” hosted by NYU’s Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis provided a special opportunity to share VOR testimonies with a community of practitioners who care deeply about issues of trans-generational transmission of trauma.
Co-Panelists: Eric V. Hachikian screened excerpts from his film Voyage to Amasia; VOR’s director Taylor Krauss screened testimonies from the archive; and Socheata Poeuv screened testimonies from Khmer Legacies. (March 1-3, 2013)
